Guidooo
A driving school juggles lessons, vehicles, instructors and exams across calendars that don't talk to each other. Guidooo brings them into one multi-tenant platform: every school gets its own space, three pricing plans, zero double bookings. Students book their lessons in the app and study for the theory quiz in the same place.
Guidooo is a SaaS platform for driving schools designed and built by Alessandro Cardoni (AC Creative Lab): apps for students and instructors and a web console for the front office.
The problem
The same vehicle booked by two instructors at the same time, exam sessions handled over the phone, the theory quiz studied somewhere else.

Frequently asked questions
Does Guidooo prevent double bookings?
Yes: before saving a lesson it checks that both instructor and vehicle are free and flags the conflict immediately, so the booking is blocked before it's saved.
